For more complex flavor, add the zest from 1 orange when adding orange juice.

Tinned peaches and mangoes can be used in this recipe. They will not need to be steamed and can hold more liquid so you may need to cook the glaze a little longer (an extra 5 min/100°C/speed ) in step 3. Check the texture of your fruit; you may not need to blend it in step 4 if it's broken down quite a bit.
For a smoother sauce blend 10 sec/speed 4 at end of step 3, before serving.
If not serving immediately, press cling wrap directly onto the surface of guacamole and keep on the counter for up to 1 hour or in the fridge overnight.
