For chilli sauce, place 5 bird's eye chillies, 5 fresh red chillies, 5 g ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp lime juice, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tbsp vinegar and 4 tbsp reserved chicken soup in mixing bowl, blend 10 sec/speed 10.
You can substitute the Provolone cheese with Gruyère or gouda cheese.

To freeze, let all ingredients cool to room temperature before assembling. Wrap unbaked lasagna tightly in cling wrap and freeze. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Cover with foil and bake as per recipe.
