Turkish borek with cacik
Aleppo Pepper is available from European specialty stores. It is sometimes referred to as "Red pepper flakes" or "Bieber". As a substitute you could use a pinch each of Chilli flakes and sumac. The Aleppo chilli flakes bring a milder, tangier taste than regular chilli.
