This soup consists of a basic broth flavoured with fresh ingredients such as lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lime juice, fish sauce and chilli peppers.
Baby's serve: stir through a little rice cereal or baby porridge or some cooked quinoa or couscous, to thicken this soup. An older baby may prefer to eat as is, with a short-handled spoon and some toast fingers for dipping.
