Aperol® and lemon sour with aquafaba foam
Aquafaba is the liquid used in cans of chickpeas and makes a great substitute for egg whites. Drain a can of chickpeas into a jug to get the liquid for this recipe, then add the chickpeas to recipes of choice, such as our Gwinganna biryani or search Cookidoo® for more recipe ideas.
