Arabian spice mix

★ 5.013 ratings

This is a traditional spice mix used with slight variations in the Middle East and North Africa. In Lebanon it is known as seven-spice mix, in the United Arab Emirates and Gulf countries as b’zhar. Other ingredients like dried ground ginger, ground turmeric and dried ground galangal are often added or used as a substitute. Create your own spice mix with your favourite spices.
