Chilli chutney quesadillas
If you do not have a sandwich press, you can cook quesadillas on your stove top. In step 6, place a frying pan over medium heat. Place 1 quesadilla into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Carefully flip over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Transfer to a serving plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
