Coppa del Nonno

The time required to obtain a stiff consistency for whipped cream depends on the temperature of the cream, its fat content and the amount of cream used. After 1 minute, check every 15-20 seconds to avoid overwhipping. Approximate whipping time is 1-2 minutes.

Pour Over Coffee

This may take a little practice, because you don’t want all the water to drip through too fast or too slowly.
